The special thing about Your Art by You is that your very personal moment or a unique experience is captured so unmistakably. So you decide what is so special about your map! Perhaps it is the first encounter with your great love, an inseparable friendship, the birthplace of your child or a professional success that you would not have believed yourself capable of.
What is the quality of your map?
You can trust our highest quality standards. In order to ensure the best quality, we print your map as near as possible to you and carry out regular quality controls. We have 30 print hubs located all around the world. We are also in the process of constantly optimizing and expanding. For example, we focus on different print options, print quality and new designs.
How do I contact customer service?
You can email our customer service at any time firstname.lastname@example.org. Please use this contact option if you have any questions about our products or if you have a question about your order. We look forward to hearing from you.
Which places can I choose to design my map?
You can choose any location in the world. When designing, you select the location by either entering an exact address, a city or a town in the search field. You can also move the icon on the map if your desired location is not an address.
What are the sizes of the maps?
Our maps are currently available in the sizes 30 x 40 cm, 50 x 70 cm and 70 x 100cm. You can order the map either as a premium poster or as a premium canvas. Alternatively, we offer you our maps as a digital download to print yourself, also in the sizes 30 x 40 cm, 50 x 70 cm and 70 x 100cm.
How secure is the payment in the Your Art by You shop?
Orders in our shop are safe. Every payment method is provided with an SSL encryption on our website. Your data is also safe when you buy online. You can find more detailed information on this in our data protection declaration.
How much is the shipping?
Shipping is always free. No more to say!
How can I track my order?
After we have sent your individual map, you will receive a tracking link by email with which you can track your shipment.
Can I cancel my order?
Please note that cancellations are not possible after you have submitted your order. As soon as we receive your order, we process and print it immediately to enable the short delivery time. Since your map is 100% personalized, we cannot keep the map you created and send it to another customer. For this reason, cancellations are not possible.
How long does the delivery take?
We will send your designed map within approx. 1 to 2 working days after we have received your order. Your map should arrive at your home in around 4 to 5 working days.
I received the wrong map - what should I do?
If you accidentally receive a wrong map from us, we ask you to send us a photo of it by email to email@example.com. We will then make sure that you get the correct map.
How do I find out about promotions and how do I get vouchers?
In order not to miss any promotions and vouchers, you can subscribe to us on social media. We regularly post about new promotions and discounts there. So follow us right now on Instagram or Facebook.
