How long does it take for my poster to arrive?

It takes 2 to 3 business days for you to receive your design by email so you can approve it or ask for revisions.

Once you approve your design we will print it. This takes between 1-2 business days.

After it's printed we will ship it to you. We offer free shipping on all orders and it takes around 4 to 6 business days to arrive.

What if I want to make some changes to be made?

To meet our customers’ needs we always make sure you are 100% satisfied with the design before shipping it. We offer unlimited revisions, which means you will be able to give your feedback and we will make any changes you request to achieve what you had in mind.

Is my photo good enough?

Most photos work perfectly in our designs. Photos taken on a mobile phone too! Don't worry, we always check your photo.

For best results, make sure to:

- Upload the highest possible resolution (2000x2000 pixels recommended)

- The people are within the frame

- Photo is taken in (day)light

I don't know what photo to use, can you help me?

If you are not sure which photo will look the best in your poster please email us at info@yourartbyyou.com and we will help you choose the best one.

We don't have a photo together, can you make the design?

Yes, we can! We can use a photo from each member and combine them into a design. Please email us at info@yourartbyyou.com so we can help you choose the best photos.

Delivery

Our delivery is always free. No ifs, buts or maybes, free.

We have 30 print hubs throughout the globe, so your artwork will be printed locally and sent to you within 5 to 7 working days from the time of approval.

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@yourartbyyou.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
